防靜電臺(tái)墊介紹：
電子半導(dǎo)體器件、電子計(jì)算機(jī)、電子通訊設(shè)備和集成電路等微電子工業(yè)的生產(chǎn)車間和上等試驗(yàn)室為消防靜電危害，均需鋪設(shè)防靜電臺(tái)墊或?qū)щ姷貕|，當(dāng)防靜電臺(tái)墊（地墊）鋪好并接地后，工作面將泄放人體靜電，使人體與臺(tái)面接觸的ESDS鑷子、工具、器具、儀表等達(dá)到基本均一的電位，使靜電敏感器件（SSD）不受摩擦起電等靜電放電現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的寬步面帶的干擾，從而達(dá)到靜電防護(hù)的效果。
防靜電臺(tái)墊主要用于抗（導(dǎo)）靜電材料和耗散靜電材料合成橡膠等制做而成。表面層為約0.5mm厚的耗散靜電層，底層為約1.5mm厚的導(dǎo)電層。常用為2mm雙層復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)，可供顏色有綠色、灰色、蘭色、黑色、黃色等。
